The Dyson V6 battery is secured using two screws.These both need to be removed before you can take out the old battery.. Start by using a Philips screwdriver to remove the screw at the back of the handle.
Once that’s removed, turn the vacuum cleaner onto its side and remove the screw at the front edge of the main body of the battery.. It’s important to note that you should.disassemble the battery itself.This is very dangerous.
You should only remove the two screws holding the battery in position.. You should now be able to slide the V6’s battery out of the machine.Make sure you dispose of it in a way that follows local rules and regulations for batteries..
