Discrete event simulation (DES) in the construction industry

10 bonus points for you if you can find all the other things in this picture that need updating too!

I do have a giant can of chalkboard paint as well, but I love having these little bottles around for smaller scale projects..I gave the whole thing 2 very imperfect coats.

At one point I started to paint a little too early and didn’t let the previous coat dry.It made the finish a little chunkier and messier, but it’s Halloween, so we’ll just say that now it looks extra spooky. All I had to do to finish it off was grab some ribbon from my stash, and some hot glue of course!.

I just love the end result. It brings a good dose of Halloween fun to wherever I place it and now it has a PURPOSE!.

This list will continue to be updated until Friday and more projects will be added, so remember to check back!So  now things are starting to get. This is how the front of our house is looking right now.

Oh man, do I ever need to tackle those weeds in the path there. But realistically, I complain about the landscaping around our house way too much.

It’s pretty well done and was probably really expensive, even if there aren’t enough blooming plants yet for my taste.. And the side of the house.Same weeds, same pain-in-my-butt landscaping rocks and weed-preventing fabric that doesn’t really work that now I need to rip out so I can actually plant what I want to in there.
